| Ok so here it is - I HATE to exercise - yep that's me, always been that way. But I quit smoking with the help of Chantix and starting putting on the pounds. I have never had a weight problem in my life and was in need of some help losing the extra pounds. I started to diet, OMG how do people do this? I didn't realize how many carbs I eat - I NEED my Carbs (and sugar too). So In comes the Gazelle. Whew the first time I used this crazy thing I thought, no way this is too hard (10 minutes - whimp) But hey my husband had the same problem. We increased the time everyday and now are up to an hour at a time and going on an average of 4 miles a day, with little effort. And although the scale reads no weight loss (liar) I can see a difference. I am told I am putting on muscle and that is where the weight now is. So if you want something you can use in front of the TV and use with little effort - this is it!! |

Best way to exercise |

| I just turned 61 and wanted to get back into shape. I used a Gazelle previous to my purchase and found it to be the best way for me to go. The fact that it does not put too much stress on my knees is important for me. I really enjoy the way it glides along and I actually find it a relaxing way to exercise. You do need to assemble it but if you are used to putting things together then it is a piece of cake. The directions are very specific and not like many that are written up by people who are not familiar with the English language. That made it relatively easy to assemble. It folds together for storage and does not take up a lot of room. I found that the meter that comes with it is sufficient for my needs. And it is well made and sturdy...not like other pieces of equipment. All in all I am very pleased with my purchase. I would recommend it and I would make the purchase again. |

| I am an active person and no matter how i used this model i could not drop a bead of sweat. Of course i do not own this model and tested at a relatives. It is not worth the cost no matter how cheap. |

Great for losing wieght, horrible noise after 1 month |

| I am giving this machine 2 stars because although it works -- I lost 10 pounds in a month by using it 3-4 times a week for 15-30 mins -- after 1 month of usage, the machine makes horrible noise. It is so loud, you cannot bear it, and if you turn the TV on to silence it, you can't even hear the TV! I used to use it late at night but now I can't because it wakes up my kids. I wish the part responsible for this was of better quality so that I could enjoy my machine much longer. |
